With growing global concerns around COVID-19 (“coronavirus”),
we wanted to ensure you that the  health, safety and well-being of our guests is our top priority. We are remaining calm and exercising common sense, and hope our guests will do the same.

We are following the lead of Canadian public health authorities at this important time, as we are committed to providing all guests with a comfortable and safe stay at our beautiful retreat.

First and foremost, we want to assure our guests that we are taking all appropriate measures to ensure our space is  safe.  While the Public Health Agency of Canada continues to assess the on-goingt public health risk associated with corona virus , we continue to closely monitor for developments.
We have implemented additional measures to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our space.

• Introducing enhanced cleaning protocols in high contact areas, including all door knobs and handles.
• The Coronavirus is easily eliminated by routine surface cleaning and the cleaning products we use are excellent.

To protect yourself and others, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell refrain from visiting Renewal Retreat, so that together we can ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

Please know that we are doing our part and encourage all to maintain a calm mind and take appropriate measures., including 20 second hand-washing. We also encourage our guests to stay up-to-date through Canada’s Public Health website.

Renewal Retreat does not accept any legal responsibility for anyone who may become ill after a stay with friends or family at Renewal Retreat.  It is each person's responsibility to exercise appropriate safety precautions, on all levels, while visiting Renewal Retreat.
